The
following enactments are on the web database but the incorporation
of certain amendments or corrections are not correctly showing or
yet viewable (and should be) for the current timepoint. Also, failures
in processing may result in the name of the enactment being listed
but no link to a document achieved. An enactment is removed from
this list when the amendment or correction is incorporated correctly
or if the enactment is added to the list of what is not on the Enact
Website.

Act 1920 [section 6 shows up in 2 locations, one of which
is a repealed location]
- Inland
Fisheries Act 1995 [amendments made by Act 55 of 2002 not
yet fully incorporated correctly - ss. 65-67 should only appear
in Div. 1 of Part 4, not in Div. 2 of that Part]

Acts

where the effects of certain amendments that should be incorporated
in the current consolidation are not yet incorporated. Processing
failures may also result in sessional or historical enactments not
appearing. The enactments currently removed or not on the database

1997 are not on the database. Certain Acts which were in force as
at 1 February 1997 but were due to be repealed before 23 March 1998
were not loaded.
